Policy
1. General provisions
This Cookie Policy is one of the measures to protect personal data provided for by Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 7 May 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection".
This Policy explains to users of the Bystrox website (https://bystrox.by), owned by Bystrox LLC (tax ID 193825631, address: Republic of Belarus, г. Минск, ул. Веры Хоружей, д. 6А, пом. 28), how, for what purposes and on what legal basis cookies are processed.
Cookies are text files stored in the user's browser when visiting the site to reflect and/or remember user actions.
General personal data processing matters are covered in the Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of cookies processed
The following categories of cookies are processed on the site:

Your category choices are stored in the browser for up to 12 months, after which the consent banner will appear again.
3. Legal bases for processing
Technical (required) cookies are used to ensure full and correct functioning of the site and are processed regardless of user consent.
Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of consent to personal data processing.
On first visit, the user is offered consent to cookies or refusal via a popup. Buttons "Accept", "Reject" and "Settings" are available.
The user may change cookie settings, including withdrawing previously given consent, via the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer.
4. When counters are loaded
Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics 4 are loaded only after you save settings with analytics and/or marketing enabled. Until then, Google Consent Mode is used: analytics and ad storage default to "denied".
5. Cross-border transfer
When using third-party services, Bystrox LLC transfers personal data contained in cookies to third parties:
- Yandex LLC (16 Leo Tolstoy St., Moscow, Russian Federation, 119021) — when analytics is enabled;
- Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA) — when analytics and/or marketing is enabled.
Cross-border transfer is made to countries with adequate protection of data subjects' rights, and to other countries only after your consent to the relevant cookie categories.

7. Disabling cookies in the browser
Most browsers accept cookies by default. Users may delete previously saved cookies in browser history or use incognito mode to limit stored information.
