How Bystrox collects, uses and protects personal data of website users.

1. General provisions

By using the website, submitting forms and contacting us through the chat widget, the user confirms consent to personal data processing for feedback, freight rate calculation and request handling.

When submitting requests, the user may provide:

  • preferred contact method;
  • cargo, route, timing details and other shipment comments.

When using the on-site chat widget, message text and contact details provided in the conversation may be processed.
